Jim Keay Ford Lincoln is a family owned automotive dealership that has been in business in the Ottawa market for 40 years. We are seeking a hard-working, energetic and driven Service Advisor to join our winning team!
The Service Advisor is responsible for creating great first impressions and guides our customers through the entire repair process. The Service Advisor builds strong relationships with customers to ensure all service experiences are positive.
What we’re looking for:
· Individuals who have a minimum of 5 years extensive experience in a similar position
· Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
· Ability to problem solve and remain professional under pressure
· Excellent communication skills in both English and French
· Exceptional organizational skills
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Positive work ethics and a drive to succeed

Requirements:
· Valid Driver’s License with a clean Driver’s Abstract
· 5+ years experience in a similar role
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Valid background check
