HR Supervisor

Responsibilities
- HR Infrastructure & Support: Develop, lead, and secure an optimal HR support structure aligned with the company’s overall development planning; ensure employees are informed, engaged, and proficient in using HR tools, systems, processes, and policies.
- Policy & Compliance Management: Oversee the implementation and execution of corporate policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the organization.
- Strategic Talent Management: Act as a strategic partner to department heads to build organizational talent, manage succession planning, and develop key contributors and management positions to achieve overall business success.
- Performance Management: Liaison with department heads to lead and drive the execution of core performance management and appraisal processes.
- Training & Development: Design, implement, and oversee training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee knowledge, operational capabilities, and leadership skills.
- Vendor & Talent Acquisition Management: Evaluate, recommend, and manage third-party recruitment outsourcing vendors and staffing agencies as needed to fulfill fluctuating talent acquisition needs.
- Employee Relations & Safety: Manage employee relations matters, including leading conflict resolutions, handling employee complaints, and managing workplace injuries and workers' compensation claims (WSIB/WCB) to ensure a safe, compliant work environment.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Audit HR operational costs and strictly control the regional HR budget.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Human Resources Management (HRM), Business Administration, or related fields are strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations and human resources management, preferably within logistics, warehousing, or fast-paced operational environments.
- Language Skills: Professional proficiency in both Mandarin and English (reading, writing, and speaking) is required to effectively communicate with global headquarters and local teams.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional communication and coordination skills, with demonstrated leadership, judgment, and strategic decision-making abilities. Strong planning, project management, and execution skills.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS platforms).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
