We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Person / Chef de Parti / Garde Manger to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble cold dishes, including salads, appetizers, charcuterie, and garnishes with precision and creativity.
- Assist in food preparation tasks related to the garde manger station, ensuring timely and efficient service during busy hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold station, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation and high-quality food presentation.
- Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency in dish quality.
- Handle food safely at all times, practicing proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination.
- Support meal preparation for special events or menu changes as needed.
- Ensure all food is stored properly and rotated according to safety guidelines.
Experience
- Proven experience in serving, food preparation, cooking, or food handling within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Prior kitchen experience in a professional setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the food industry standards for safety and sanitation is essential.
- Experience working in a restaurant or culinary setting that emphasizes meal preparation and food safety practices.
