Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle
- Follow up with leads and appointments
- Build strong relationships within the Latino community
- Support financing and vehicle purchase process
- Create a positive customer experience
- Participate in social media and marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish required
- Basic/intermediate English
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and video
- Sales experience is an asset
- Automotive experience is an asset
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
