Auto Body and Collision Damage Repairer
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Auto Body and Collision Damage Repairer to join our automotive service team. Duties
- Perform vehicle body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and refinishing
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to execute repairs efficiently
- Assess damage and provide accurate estimates for repair work
- Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming
- Conduct mechanical repairs as needed, utilizing automotive repair skills
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to complete repairs within designated timeframes
- Follow manufacturer specifications and safety protocols during all repair processes
Requirements
- Prior body work experience is Mandatory
- Proven dealership experience or equivalent automotive repair background preferred
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and bodywork techniques
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting as necessary for repairs
- Strong understanding of automotive repair procedures and safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
