About the Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will connect with homeowners, create new business opportunities, and help customers learn about HVAC systems, heat pumps, mini-splits, and home comfort upgrades.
This is a field-based role where you will be speaking with people face-to-face, generating interest, booking consultations, and helping guide potential customers through the first steps of improving their home comfort.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Connect with homeowners through community outreach and door-to-door conversations
- Generate new leads and business opportunities for E.T. Mechanical
- Speak with customers about heating, cooling, and home comfort needs
- Book consultations and follow up with interested homeowners
- Build trust with prospects and guide them through the sales process from first contact to final decision.
- Learn how to explain HVAC, heat pump, and financing options in a simple, customer-friendly way
- Represent E.T. Mechanical professionally in the community
- Track leads and customer conversations using company systems

- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and be trained
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or field marketing is an asset
- Valid driver’s license required
