Role
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, we will leverage your sales skills and persuasive abilities to advise clients on their needs for heat pumps, electric vehicle charging stations, and water heaters, closing a record number of deals each day! Through comprehensive product training, you will become the expert, providing clients with sound advice on the right product for their needs.
Your goal? To handle inbound calls and web inquiries to acquire new clients, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience to meet (or exceed) expected results.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and email inquiries, acting as an expert to offer the best product and service solutions based on client needs;
- Effectively advise clients and close deals according to their requirements;
- Exceed customer development expectations by converting more interested clients;
- Act as a company ambassador to potential clients;
- Support clients with their online transactions and process web submissions;
- All other related tasks.

- Be recognized for your sales and negotiation skills;

- Demonstrate active listening skills and excellent communication with clients;
- Work easily in a team and be naturally dynamic;
- Have a genuine desire to help clients find the best solutions for them;
- Be available according to operational needs (8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday).
- Bilingualism is required for this position to effectively answer incoming calls from our clients, both English and French speaking, and provide quality service in both languages.
