Murray, Sen & Associates CPA LLP provides accounting, tax and business advisory services to a wide variety of owner-managed businesses. Our skilled team of professionals is vital to provide exceptional service to our valued clients.

Summary of Responsibilities

Preparation of working paper files for compilation and assurance engagements including all required forms, draft financial statements, corporate tax returns and all regular filings such as T4’s, T5’s, and GST
Preparation of personal tax returns

Ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks
Overtime will be required for this position at times to complete jobs and meet client deadlines. Overtime can be banked and be used as time off with pay as long as it is used by the end of the year

Qualifications and Experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel and Word
Proficiency in Corporate and Personal Tax Prep or similar programs
Proficiency in accounting related software (Simply Accounting, QuickBooks, AccPac and/or Ag Expert) will be considered and asset and is preferred but is not a requirement
Previous experience in Caseware, Jazz-it and Taxprep computer programs will be considered an asset
