HOURS: Full time/Permanent, Monday–Friday 8am-5pm. Some Saturdays may be required.
WAGES: $60,000 - $80,000 annually - Negotiable based on experience.

THE PERFECT FIT:
You are a customer-focused automotive sales leader who enjoys developing people, building relationships, and achieving results. You lead by example, support your team, and create a positive, accountable, and customer-first culture.
You are comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on involvement in the day-to-day operation of the sales department. Driven and adaptable, you work closely with your team to achieve sales goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing automotive sales team
Coach and support sales staff to improve performance and close deals
Oversee daily showroom operations to ensure smooth and effective sales activity and an exceptional customer experience
Set sales targets with leadership, track performance, and drive team results
Support deal negotiations and assist in closing opportunities when needed
Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and communication with dealership leadership
Work with management on inventory planning, CRM use, and sales process consistency
APPLICABLE SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Solid sales competencies with knowledge of strategies and best practices
Excellent leadership skills with a passion for developing employees
Keen attention to detail with a commitment to solving problems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Outgoing and customer service-oriented attitude
Knowledge of inventory control and management
Goal-oriented self-starter with the ability to thrive in a sometimes high-pressure work environment
Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
5+ years of automotive dealership experience would be considered a strong asset
