Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Short Term Rental Service Provider to join our team. This role involves inspecting rental properties, conducting owner communications, light household repair, and ensuring smooth operations of short-term accommodations. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work and thrive in a predominantly unsupervised and self directed work environment. A high level of personal accountability and personal work ethic is a must. This position offers an engaging environment where professionalism, attention to detail, and efficiency are essential to deliver exceptional services to our short term rental clients. Currently the hour demands of the role are part time and extremely flexible. The opportunity exists for the Service Provider to develop this into a full time role.
Duties
- Inspect properties utilizing Handsome Dan Vacation Rentals proprietary inspection form.
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new short term rental listing clients using Handsome Dan Vacation Rentals
- Handle client inquiries and communications via phone, email, and online platforms with professional phone etiquette
- Respond to guest issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Organize and file documentation related to property maintenance, guest issues, and inspections in electronic format.
- Coordinate and conduct repairs or maintenance.
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with potential clients to promote the Brand.
- Other relevant duties as required.
Requirements
- Ability to work unsupervised and self directed
- High level of personal accountability and responsibility
- Background in customer service, sales, or property management an asset
- Excellent networking skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Familiarity with Guesty systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in short-term rental or hospitality industry is advantageous
This role is vital for maintaining high standards of service within our short-term rental operations. We value professionalism, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client and guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be a self starter interested in building the client base. This is a commission based position where work required and remuneration scale directly with the number of clients you have. Estimated 30hrs of work per year per client.
Pay: $50.00-$150.00 per hour
