We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Remote Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on leasing vacant units, building relationships with prospective tenants, and promoting our properties to a wide audience. You will work primarily from home, using phone, email, and virtual tours to connect with renters and guide them through the leasing process. If you have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to close deals remotely, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual and phone-based tours of available units for prospective tenants
- Respond to rental inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Promote available units through online listings, social media, and digital marketing channels
- Qualify leads by understanding tenant needs, budget, and move-in timelines
- Guide applicants through the rental application process, including credit checks and reference verification
- Prepare and execute lease agreements remotely using electronic signature tools
- Coordinate move-in dates and provide new tenants with welcome packages and property information
- Follow up with prospective tenants who have shown interest but have not yet committed
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, showings, applications, and leases in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a smooth transition from lease signing to move-in
- Stay informed about market trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings in the Calgary area
- Achieve monthly leasing targets and contribute to overall occupancy goals
Experience
- MUST HAVE 2-4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SALES, LEASING, OR REAL ESTATE
- Secondary School Diploma (high school) or equivalent
- Strong communication skills (English) – written and verbal
- Proficiency with CRM software, virtual tour platforms, and electronic signature tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from a home office
- Comfortable with phone and video-based sales presentations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends for prospective tenant calls
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Reside in or within commuting distance of Calgary, AB (for occasional in-person meetings or training)

Pay: $71,500.00-$109,000.00 per year
