About the Role
GN Systems Inc. is hiring motivated and driven Door-to-Door Telecom Sales Representatives to join our growing field team in the GTA and surrounding areas.
This is a field-based role where you will represent leading telecom services directly to residential customers. If you are confident, competitive, and enjoy face-to-face sales, this opportunity offers strong earning potential and real career growth.
We are looking for individuals who are ready to earn, comfortable working outdoors, and ready to perform in a target-driven environment.
**** 100 % Commission Based Role ****
**** Available to work: Tuesday - Friday 12 pm - 8 pm and Saturday 10 am - 6 pm ****
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned territories
- Promote and sell telecom products and services to residential customers
- Educate customers on available packages, pricing, and promotions
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Track leads and sales activity using the company CRM tools
- Attend team meetings and training sessions
- Maintain a professional and positive representation of the company
Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred (D2D experience is an asset)
- Must have reliable vehicle and a valid driver's licence, pass a criminal record check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
- Ability to work daytime, evenings, weekdays and weekends
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
Qualifications
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets (preferred)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Basic familiarity with telecom services is an asset
- Comfortable using mobile apps and CRM systems

Pay: $35,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
