Reports To: Used Car Manager / Assistant GM
Motor Hub Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Wash Bay Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicles to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the wash bay area.
Wash, dry, and vacuum customer and dealership vehicles inside and out
Perform basic detailing tasks including polishing, buffing, waxing, and interior shampooing
Operate cleaning equipment and materials safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay area and surrounding workspaces
Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or concerns to supervisors
Assist in vehicle movement within the lot as needed
Follow company safety procedures and guidelines
Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude
Vehicle snow removal
Take website photos
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in vehicle cleaning or detailing is an asset but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work minimal evenings and weekends
Strong attention to detail and a passion for vehicle care
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Physically fit and able to work on your feet, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
