About the role
This isn’t just an account management role. We’re looking for someone who can own client strategy, performance, and growth — someone who thrives on solving marketing challenges and scaling brands.
In this role, you will:
Lead and execute paid media campaigns across Facebook and Google Ads
Develop and present growth strategies to eCommerce clients
Take ownership of creative testing, ad copy, and conversion tactics
Dive into data to optimize campaigns for profitability and ROAS
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients
Your first few weeks will include shadowing our Senior Account Managers and Head of Paid Media, before transitioning into owning accounts, leading strategy calls, and driving client success.
About you
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing and knows what it takes to scale brands.
You must have:
Hands-on experience in paid media (Facebook & Google Ads)
A proven track record of managing $20k+ monthly ad spend
Experience scaling eCommerce brands profitably
Strong analytical skills with a love for data-driven decision making
The ability to own client relationships and communicate strategy with confidence
Exceptional organisation and proactive problem-solving
Pay: $3,000.00-$4,000.00 per month
