- Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Mandatory 1-Month Training Program
Every hire must complete EvoLab’s mandatory in-depth training program before operating independently.
Training includes:
- Professional interior reconditioning
- Paint-safe exterior wash methods
- Chemical and tool knowledge
- Luxury vehicle handling
- Deep cleaning systems
- Quality control procedures
- Efficiency and workflow systems
- Professional finishing standards
- EvoLab operating procedures and expectations
You will be trained to perform work the EvoLab way — not based on shortcuts or previous habits.
Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior vehicle detailing
- Deep interior reconditioning
- Exterior decontamination
- Wheel and tire restoration
- Glass and trim finishing
- Maintaining workstation cleanliness
- Following EvoLab SOPs and quality standards
- Performing final quality inspections
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic
- Punctual and dependable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work day or evening shifts
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods
- Automotive detailing experience preferred, but attitude and discipline matter more
Compensation
Hourly Option
- $18–$24/hour depending on experience, quality, and performance
Flat Rate Option
- Paid per completed vehicle/service
- Higher earning potential for efficient high-quality work
- All work must pass EvoLab quality control before payout approval
