Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Landscape Installation Technician who specializes in stonework and wood landscape construction. This role focuses on building outdoor features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, decks, fences, and other landscape structures. The ideal candidate is skilled with tools, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install interlock patios, walkways, and stone features
- Build retaining walls, steps, and stone borders
- Construct wood structures such as decks, fences, pergolas, and garden structures
- Prepare and grade base materials for stone installations
- Measure, cut, and install stone, pavers, and wood materials
- Operate landscaping equipment safely
- Work with team members to complete projects on schedule.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscape construction, stonework, or carpentry
- Knowledge of interlock, paver installation, and base preparation
- Experience building wood landscape structures is an asset
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical outdoor work
- Comfortable using saws, compactors, and other construction tools
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license mandatory
