Directly Reports to the Shop Manager
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure all equipment is operating to its safest recommended standard
- Get repairs & proper maintenance dealt with (repair internally or arrange outside company to help)
- Order parts & stock frequently used parts on hand
- Purchase /stock most used shop supplies based on purchase limits
- Ensure shop is in a safe and clean standard
- Coordinate with management on any major breakdowns so we can plan ahead accordingly
- Determine on when to retire older equipment /purchase new equipment
- Train &; Educate others on common issues with equipment so minor repairs can take place onsite
Ability to do repairs would be very beneficial – small equipment repairs, maintenance to
- equipment, oil changes for trucks, bulb replacements, etc.
Pay: $21.43-$23.04 per hour
