The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple large multi-family residential properties, ensuring smooth operations, high occupancy rates, and a positive living experience for residents. This role involves managing staff, coordinating maintenance, handling leasing, financial oversight, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The Community Manager will be hands-on to support the team and will work closely with the Director of Property Management to maximize the profitability and efficiency of the properties. With the property scheduled for occupancy in July 2027, we are seeking a Community Manager to commence in advance, with an initial focus on leading pre-leasing efforts and supporting a successful lease-up prior to transitioning into full operational oversight.”
What you will do:
- Lead the lease-up of the property through proactive marketing initiatives and meaningful community engagement efforts.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to effectively promote the building, attract high-quality residents, and achieve strong occupancy targets.
- Collaborate closely with Head Office to develop, implement, and refine marketing strategies that align with overall brand positioning and leasing objectives.
- Engage within the community to establish partnerships with local businesses for our Resident Perks program.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from potential tenants, current tenants, and trades in a professional manner.
- Provide showings and lease ups for new and existing apartment buildings.
- Assist with tenant move in and move out inspections and documentation.
- Inspect the apartment grounds and the community spaces as needed.
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive records of properties are maintained.
- Compose and distribute various letters, general notices, and e-mail correspondences.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
- leading and developing the property management team (Groundskeepers/Maintenance Technicians/Cleaners)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
