Located in the high-traffic Dufferin Street auto-corridor, we are a unique joint venture between Downtown Automotive Group (DAG) and Rafih Automotive Group. For a Finance Manager, this is the ultimate playground: you get the agility of a specialized pre-owned hub combined with the massive lending power and diverse inventory of two of Ontario’s largest dealer groups.
In the used car market, the deal is won or lost in the business office. We need a "solutions-oriented" Finance Manager who can navigate a wide credit spectrum—from prime to sub-prime—and ensure every guest leaves with a protection plan that makes sense for their life.
You aren't just processing paperwork; you are a consultant, a negotiator, and a key driver of the dealership’s profitability.
Expected Compensation: $85,000 – $135,000+ per year (Performance-based).
Deal Structuring: Utilizing our massive lender network to secure the best possible financing and leasing terms for a diverse client base.
Product Excellence: Presenting and selling aftermarket products, extended warranties, and insurance protection with transparency and integrity.
Lender Relations: Maintaining and leveraging strong relationships with major banks and specialized lenders to ensure high approval rates.
Compliance Leadership: Ensuring all contracts, OMVIC regulations, and provincial laws are followed to the letter, protecting both the guest and the group.
Strategic Collaboration: Working closely with the Sales Team to transition guests smoothly from the showroom floor to the business office.
Proven F&I Experience: You have a successful track record as a Finance Manager in a high-volume automotive environment (New or Used).
The "Closer" Mentality: You know how to overcome objections and articulate the value of intangible products.
Technical Proficiency: You are an expert in Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or similar DMS platforms, as well as portal submissions (Dealertrack/RouteOne).
Licensing: You hold a valid OMVIC License in good standing.
Attention to Detail: You take pride in "clean" deals with zero CIT (Cash in Transit) issues.
You have established relationships with specialized sub-prime lenders.
You have experience in a multi-store or high-volume group environment.
You are fluent in multiple languages to better serve the diverse Toronto community.
