Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure hygienic conditions
- Laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare homes for client visits by tidying up and ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements or special requests
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any maintenance needs or shortages
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all cleaning activities
Skills
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple appointments daily
- Ability to perform light cooking or meal prep if required by clients
- Effective communication and customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
