WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY IS
You're the engine that keeps this lot moving. Every day you'll:
- Shoot vehicles like they're going on a magazine cover — photos and listings that make people stop scrolling and start calling
- Detail every unit until it's flawless — we don't put dirty cars in front of customers, ever
- Own the lot — organized, sharp, every vehicle where it belongs
- Move fast on errands and whatever the team needs — no task is "below" you
- Be the person everyone can count on — when you say it's done, it's done
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You're driven. You don't need someone standing over you to get moving.
- You take ownership. Excuses aren't part of your vocabulary.
- You compete with yourself every single day to get better.
- You show up EARLY, not "on time."
- Valid driver's licence (non-negotiable)
- You can handle the grind — outdoors, all weather, full speed.
