Tooth and Nail Brewing Company is a 15bbl neighborhood brewery with a taproom and retail store. Open since 2015, we are looking for motivated and all-around great people to join our growing business.
We are currently looking for a skilled and hardworking individual to join our brewery team as a delivery driver and entry-level production assistant. The right candidate will possess a strong work ethic, have a positive attitude, and be willing to learn. Priority will be given to physically fit candidates with strong people skills who are willing to take on tasks outside of the regular workday from time to time, becoming an everyday ambassador for Tooth and Nail, its people, and its products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keg Washing and Filling
- Labeling Bottles and Cans
- Cleaning Draught Lines and Events Coolers
- Assisting on the Packaging Line – Bottling and Canning
- Maintaining the Overall Health and Cleanliness of the Brewery
- Proper Handling of Chemicals
- Delivering Kegs and Other Packaged Material to Licensed Accounts & LCBO
- Delivering Raw Materials and Packaged Product between Warehouse and Brewery
- CIP of Packaging Equipment
- Troubleshooting Equipment Problems
- Regular Organization of a Tight Brewing Space and a Tight Walk-In Refrigerator
- Daily Stocking of Retail Fridges and Management of Stock Rotation
- Loading and Unloading Delivery Vehicles
- Aiding with the Receiving of Raw Materials
- Conducting Monthly Inventory of Packaged Goods
- Assisting in Brew Preparation
- Representing Tooth and Nail at events when needed
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

- Ability to Lift 55 lbs Regularly and Maneuver 130 lbs Safely
- Valid Driver’s License with a Clean Driving Record
- A Love of Craft Beer is a Must
