We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our fast-paced Customer Service team.
This is more than a traditional customer service position. You will manage your customers’ orders from start to finish, acting as their main point of contact throughout the entire process. You will build strong relationships, understand their needs and help ensure their orders are completed accurately and on time.
Our customers often work toward important deadlines for award shows, recognition events and special functions. You will play an important role in helping them find the right solutions and making sure every detail is handled with care.
This is a salaried position with no commission, upselling or sales targets. The focus is on providing excellent service, finding solutions and creating a positive experience for every customer.
What You’ll Do
- Manage customer orders from the initial inquiry through to completion
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails and live-chat inquiries
- Prepare quotes and provide accurate product and order information
- Enter and process orders with a high level of accuracy
- Build lasting relationships with your assigned customers
- Follow up on orders and keep customers informed throughout the process
- Help customers find practical solutions based on their needs, budget and deadlines
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
- Manage a busy email inbox while responding professionally and promptly
- Complete detailed data entry and maintain accurate customer and order information
- Handle multiple orders, priorities and deadlines at the same time
- Resolve customer concerns calmly and effectively

Qualifications:
- Must have appropriate transit to attend the directing branch office.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday, annual salary -measured on experience, Benefits after 90-day probationary period
