We’re currently looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer / Technician to join our team. If you take pride in clean installs, solving problems, and leading jobs with confidence, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading residential HVAC installations from start to finish
Installing heat pumps, mini-splits, furnaces, and air conditioning systems
Troubleshooting and servicing residential HVAC equipment
Communicating professionally with homeowners and team members
Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites
Mentoring apprentices and helping build a strong team culture
Ensuring installs are completed to code and company standards
What We Offer
Competitive pay: $80,000–$120,000+ annually based on experience
Commission, bonuses, overtime opportunities, and signing bonus available
Monday to Friday schedule — no weekends

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC experience
Experience leading installations and managing projects
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Gas ticket considered an asset
Refrigeration license considered an asset
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism
Someone who takes pride in their workmanship and customer service
