Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, organized and team-oriented Financial Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for members, providing expert guidance on daily banking and consumer lending products such as loans and mortgages. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of financial services, and the ability to assess needs and recommend the appropriate solutions. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with their financial service inquiries, including account management, product information, and service issues
- Provide personalized financial advice based on client needs and goals
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies
- Educate clients on various financial products such as loans, savings accounts, loans, credit cards, mortgages, and creditor insurance options
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service and support
- Stay informed about industry updates, regulations, and new financial products to better serve clients
Qualifications
- Prior experience or knowledge in financial services is preferred.
- Strong problem solving skills to analyze issues and advise on solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in finance or related fields is a plus
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive client information

Pay: $45,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
