What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential HVAC systems with a customer-first mindset.
- Present service options and explain recommendations clearly to homeowners.
- Help customers protect their investment by offering maintenance memberships.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and vehicles that represent our brand.
- Deliver 5-Star Service—friendly, professional, and transparent at every visit.

What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
- Valid Manitoba journeyperson or apprentice license.
- Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people.
- Team-oriented attitude and commitment to exceptional service.
