Job Overview
We are seeking a responsible and skilled G Class Ontario / Class 5 Quebec Driver to join our team. This role involves commercial driving, warehouse support, and customer service responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure smooth operations across various tasks. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on heavy lifting, moving goods, and operating forklifts when necessary.
Duties
- Safely operate commercial vehicles in compliance with provincial and federal regulations
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts or manual handling techniques
- Transport goods efficiently between warehouses, clients, and distribution centers
- Assist with moving heavy items within warehouse facilities using appropriate equipment
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle logs
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate schedules and resolve issues
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations to prevent accidents or injuries
Qualifications
- Valid G Class license for Ontario or Class 5 license for Quebec with clean driving record
- Experience in warehouse operations or commercial driving preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly
- Knowledge of forklift operation is a plus (training can be provided)
- Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and customers
- Prior warehouse experience is advantageous
- Ability to move efficiently within warehouse environments and handle cargo safely
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
