Position Summary
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of residential and commercial construction projects while gaining experience.
Responsibilities
Assist with concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and cleanup
Assist with framing walls, floors, and roofs
Help install shingles, siding, soffit, fascia, and other exterior finishes
Build decks, fences, and other outdoor structures
Load, unload, and move construction materials
Operate hand and power tools safely
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Follow company safety procedures and policies
Perform general labour duties as required
Qualifications
Construction experience is an asset but not required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from work
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license is an asset

$18.00–$25.00 per hour
