This position is at Nova Inn in Wabasca.
Front desk agents ensure proper completion of all front office duties, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas, assigning housekeepers, back of house including laundry, experience front desk, handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks.
Day, evening, night shifts including weekends.
Possession of proven skills in front office, Ability to work under high pressure. Possession of strong communication and organization skills. Strong problem solving skills. Experience in Room key or other front desk operating systems an asset. Computer literate with adequate knowledge in Microsoft Office programs
