Experienced Leaders Wanted – This Is Not an Entry-Level Position
Postech Lethbridge and Jenkins Contracting are growing Southern Alberta contractors specializing in screw piles, foundation repair, eavestrough, soffit, fascia, siding, and exterior renovations. We are seeking an experienced Crew Leader to help build and lead our exterior division.
This position is intended for a skilled tradesperson with proven experience in exterior construction and crew leadership. We are looking for someone who can step into a leadership role, make decisions independently, and help us continue building a strong reputation for quality workmanship and customer service.
- Starting wage: $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
- $1,500 signing bonus upon successful completion of the probationary period.
- Performance-based bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Install eavestrough, soffit, fascia, siding, and related exterior products.
- Lead and organize a crew of installers.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and team members.
- Manage jobsite materials, equipment, and scheduling requirements.
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and solve problems independently.
- Train and mentor apprentices and newer employees.
- Complete daily progress reports and jobsite documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in eavestrough, siding, roofing, exterior finishing, or a related construction trade.
- Previous crew leadership experience preferred.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work safely at heights and operate ladders and lifts.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
