The Opportunity
Mission Creek Landing is one of Kelowna's most established long-term care communities, nestled in a park-like setting beside Mission Creek Regional Park. For over 45 years, we've provided a safe, dignified home for seniors who can no longer live independently.
Now, we're entering our biggest chapter yet. We're expanding from 132 to 242 beds in Summer 2026 with new state-of-the-art equipment, and we're looking for Registered Nurses who want to grow with us.
This is more than a staffing call. It's a chance to help shape the culture, the care standards, and the team of a brand-new wing within a trusted community.
Join us at Mission Creek Landing where RNs are more than caregivers—they are leaders, advocates, mentors, and the heart of our care team
