Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Oversee the troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards related to industrial maintenance practices.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime during scheduled outages or emergency repairs while maintaining quality standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting with a focus on maintenance operations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects.
- Hands-on experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors clearly and efficiently.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams, supervise technicians, and foster a safety-first culture.
- Experience in a food facility an asset
