Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to help oversee our company's financial operations. Reporting to the Controller; the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Duties
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury management
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to support management decisions
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sharepoint, Xero, and other platforms to maintain financial records
- Conduct account reconciliations and perform detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently
- Oversee and mentor accounting staff
- Assist in audit preparations and coordinate with external auditors
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification or working towards is preferred (tuition support for CPA available)
- Proven progressive experience within the accounting cycle
- Proficiency with accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero, and other relevant platforms
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, budgeting, and account reconciliation
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and develop team members
Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
