Position Summary:
The Company is currently searching for a motivated team player to join the exciting, fast-growing company. You will be working in a team-based environment to support physicians in delivering excellent patient care. If you love helping people, this job is for you.
What you will be doing:

Administrative duties - answer calls and greet patients in a helpful, respectful, and efficient manner, schedule appointments, manage referrals, result management and handle billing.

Lab Duties - include collecting and preparing laboratory specimens or perform basic laboratory tests on the premises, dispose of contaminated supplies, and sterilize medical instruments.

Patient Care duties – Coordinate patient care through the clinic: checking in, prepping, escorting to exam rooms, preparing exam or treatment rooms, answering questions, providing post-appointment service, monitoring the waiting room.

General duties – To ensure to always keep patient information confidential and secure. Perform all other related clinical, administrative tasks or special tasks as required by clinic management.
You have:

High school diploma or the equivalent

Exceptional customer service skills

A Team Player

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.

Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Ability to analyze, problem-solve and take the initiative.

Open and accountable

Ability to work varying shift patterns as needed by the clinic (including evenings and weekends)

Experience as an MOA or MOA programs certification is an asset.

Experience with EMR system OSCAR and a good understanding of MSP billing are assets.
