Job Title: Aircraft Mechanical Systems Technician – Final Assembly Line (FAL)

Compensation: $31.00 - $40.00 / hour (based on experience, relocation package, and licensing)
About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Aircraft Mechanical Systems Technicians to join the Final Assembly Line (FAL) in Calgary. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming structural shells into fully operational, flight-ready aircraft. You will install, integrate, test, and troubleshoot critical mechanical systems—including hydraulics, fuel, flight controls, engines, and landing gear.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and integrate aircraft mechanical systems (hydraulics, fuel, landing gear, ECS, flight control rigging).
- Perform functional testing, operational checks, and systemic troubleshooting on live aircraft.
- Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Diagnose non-conformances and resolve production discrepancies independently.
- Support aircraft ground testing, customer acceptance, and flight test preparation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ to 6+ years of aerospace/aircraft production or heavy maintenance experience.
- Hands-on experience with flight control rigging, hydraulic/fuel testing, and engine/landing gear installation.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability on integrated aircraft platforms.
- Diploma or technical certification in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) or equivalent.
- Ability to work in physical shop environments (confined spaces, working at heights, shift rotations).
Pay: $31.00-$40.00 per hour
