About the Role
As a Physiotherapist, you will work closely with residents, families, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to improve mobility, function, safety, and quality of life.
You will have the opportunity to practice autonomously while receiving support from a team that values collaboration, learning, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Complete Physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide interventions focused on mobility, strength, balance, transfers, and pain management
- Conduct wheelchair and seating assessments
- Support fall prevention and injury reduction initiatives
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Rehabilitation Assistants, nursing staff, physicians, and families
- Delegate and supervise treatment programs carried out by Rehabilitation Assistants
- Maintain timely and professional clinical documentation
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and resident reviews
What We're Looking For
- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC)
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
