Senior Accountant - MUST HAVE PUBLIC PRACTICE EXPERIENCE

We want the ideal candidate to grow with our business with a full-time position available within our practice for an immediate start.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients, and will assist in their accounting, tax, payroll, and related matters. Our clients span healthcare, real estate, professional services, and technology sectors.

Core responsibilities and skill requirements:
- Corporate year-end file (non-audit) preparation
- T2 corporate tax return
- T4, T4A, and T5 preparation
- Quickbooks Online
-Caseware ReviewComp (Cloud Version)
- File review and file management
- Client relationship management
- CRA support
- Bookkeeping, payroll, GST, PST, ROE, PIER review, EHT, and WCB filing
T1 personal tax return
Requirements:
- Must have minimum 3+ years public practice experience (Canada) that includes working on client engagements that include Compilation Engagements, bookkeeping, T2 Corporate Tax, and T1 Personal Tax
- Embraces technology, including cloud-based accounting programs, paperless environment, and electronic communication
- Quick learner, positive attitude, adaptable, and solid people skills
-Strong desire to learn, communicate, grow and develop professionally
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
