We are recruiting a Bylaw Officer that collaborates with stakeholders to achieve the Town of Sundre's goals related to the enforcement, prevention, intervention, and education of various bylaws within the corporate limits
We are looking for an individual who has:
· Minimum of Grade 12 education
· By law Enforcement Officer Induction Program would be an asset
· Animal control experience would be an asset
· Standard First Aid and CPR Certification
· Programs or courses related to this position
· Municipal Government experience is an asset
The incumbent must:
· Collaborate and work respectfully and effectively in a team environment.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills including diplomacy and courtesy.
· Ability to organize and prioritize workload with minimal assistance.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Available for occasional weekend and evening shift
· Valid Class 5 drivers’ license, with an acceptable drivers’ abstract
· Acceptable Criminal Records Check
