Hospitality Services provides superior quality in food, nutrition and service, and prides itself in serving students, staff, faculty and visitors to Western’s Campus. Hospitality Services at Western University is composed of three pillars – Catering & Conferences, Residence Dining, and Campus Eateries.
Western’s Catering Unit generates over $4 million in revenue by providing full-scale catering services to staff, students and the community. In 2025 the Catering Unit hosted over 800 catering events and filled over 2,500 coffee orders. Events range from large banquets with hundreds of guests, to small intimate meals with fine-dining menus and superior service.
