Job Summary — Full-Time Handyman/Delivery / Painter / Helper
Topline Exteriors is looking to hire a reliable full-time Delivery / Painter / Helper to support day-to-day exterior construction operations. This role is best suited for someone who is presentable, dependable, handy, and comfortable working around ladders and heights.
The successful candidate will assist with material deliveries, trim painting, small repairs, site support, and helping exterior crews as needed. This is a hands-on support role requiring a clean driver’s abstract, the ability to drive safely, and a willingness to move between shop, supplier, and jobsite tasks.
Wage: $23–$25 per hour, depending on experience and candidate fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver materials to jobsites and crews
- Assist with trim painting and prep work
- Complete small repairs and general helper tasks
- Support siding/exterior crews as needed
- Keep work areas, vehicles, and materials organized
- Work safely around ladders, heights, tools, and active jobsites
Requirements:
- Reliable, punctual, and presentable
- Comfortable working on ladders and around heights
- Handy and willing to do a variety of tasks
- Valid driver’s licence
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Able to work full-time
Assets:
- Trailer driving experience
- Siding or exterior construction experience
- Painting or touch-up experience
- General construction or repair experience
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
