We are seeking reliable, dependable and outdoorsy team members for our River House Rental Associate positions in the 2026 season.
Ideally, you have experience with water sports (specifically kayaking & paddle boarding), an ability to multi-task and the ability to work with others while still creating a fun, yet safe, environment.
Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (other languages would be an asset)
- Have great customer service and communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality
- Must be able to perform a variety of physical tasks in a variety of weather conditions including, sun, wind, and rain at times
- Must be able to work with diverse populations in a supportive and positive manner and tactfully handle conflict situations
- Not be afraid of hard work, getting their hands dirty, or keeping busy – Keeping watercraft clean and running around is a part of the job!
- Must be comfortable teaching people who have varying levels of experience in different outdoor activities
- Be available weekdays and weekends between the hours of 8AM & 8PM – This includes ALL holidays. If you can’t work holidays or weekends, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or carry objects weighing 50 pounds and be able to do physical work
- Must be able to remain on feet for extended periods
- Have reliable transportation,
- Be able to follow instructions and comply with ALL company safety standards
Availability and Schedule:
Our busiest times are weekends and holidays including long weekends. You may be required to work a varying work schedule in order to meet the needs of the business. This could include working on weekends, especially long weekends. Must be availabe to work at least 25 hours per week.
