Overview
We are excited to be seeking an Account Executive – Retail Sales to join the team at +osb! The Account Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, supporting sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities across Canada. The successful candidate will work closely with existing customers to strengthen partnerships, identify opportunities for growth, and support the continued expansion of +osb's retail business. This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills, along with a customer-focused approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with customer accounts and act as a main point of contact for day-to-day support and communication.
- Work with customers to support sales growth and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts while helping secure new business opportunities.
- Monitor market activity and customer needs to help support sales strategies and business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal departments including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to support customer requirements and ongoing projects.
- Assist with pricing discussions, customer programs, and account-related agreements as required.
- Track account performance and provide regular updates and reporting to leadership.
- Support sales forecasting and help manage account activity to meet business objectives.
- Partner with marketing to support customer-focused campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in account management, sales, or business development, with a proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving sales growth.
- Bilingualism required (English and French, spoken and written)
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and manage budgets.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a collaborative and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with retail analytics platforms is an asset.
- Ability to communicate with various departments.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
