Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through call, email social media efforts
- Develop relationship with new clients to establish a customer base for new vehicle purchase
- Conduct negotiations to close deals effectively
- Manage client accounts,strong follow-up on sales activities
- Present product solutions tailored to client requirements, emphasizing technical features when applicable
- Utilize analysis skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Leverage CRM and DMS for tracking sales activities, pipeline management, and reporting
- Engage in business development initiatives to expand into new markets or verticals
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product support
Skills
- Proven experience in Auto sales,
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to make a connection with customer on specific car needs
- Inputting correct information in CRM to follow up leads, checking CRM for any updates
- Ensure cleints are happy after delivery and making and efforts to ensure smooth transcations
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to client engagement
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously
