Warehouse Reach Truck Operator
Pivotal Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced Warehouse Reach Truck Operators for a busy cold storage distribution facility in Brantford. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have experience operating Crown Reach forklifts and are comfortable working in freezer environments.
Shift Schedule
Day Shift 7.00 am to 3.00 pm
Night Shift 11.00 pm to 7.00 am
Candidates must be available to work weekdays weekends and rotating shifts as required.
Job Responsibilities
Safely operate Crown Reach forklifts in cold storage temperatures ranging from minus 20 to minus 25 degrees Celsius
- Load unload and transport products throughout the warehouse
- Support shipping receiving and inventory operations
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns
- Accurately store and retrieve products while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Follow all workplace safety food safety and company procedures
- Assist with cycle counts inventory checks and general warehouse duties
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Valid Crown Reach Forklift Certification
- Minimum one year of experience operating a Reach forklift in a warehouse or cold storage facility
- Ability to work safely in freezer conditions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable team player with a positive attitude
- Able to lift materials and perform physically demanding warehouse tasks
- Flexible to work day night and weekend shifts
Job Type: Full-time
