Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production Operations Assistant to join our team and facilitate daily production operations in our sponge manufacturing facility.
In this role, you will assist the Production Supervisor in achieving production goals, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating production staff to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead production employees during shift to ensure efficient operations and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications throughout all stages of the production processes.
- Enforce company policies, safety and standard operating procedures.
Experience
- 2–3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous lead/supervisory experience preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of safety and quality procedures.
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
