Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at SkyShine Window Cleaning. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, business development, and account management, with a strong focus on residential door-to-door sales and B2B client acquisition. This role offers an opportunity to build strong client relationships, expand market presence, and contribute to the growth of our organization through strategic sales initiatives. The Sales Representative will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while leveraging strong communication and sales skills to achieve and exceed targets.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and secure new residential and commercial window cleaning clients
- Conduct door-to-door sales in targeted neighbourhoods to generate leads and close jobs
- Perform outside sales visits to local businesses, including storefronts, offices, and commercial properties
- Present service offerings clearly and confidently, highlighting value and results
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction
- Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support and identifying upsell opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and service quality
- Utilize CRM tools or tracking systems to manage leads, quotes, and sales performance
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues
- Conduct basic market analysis to identify high-potential neighbourhoods and business opportunities
- Support business development efforts through local networking, community engagement, and referrals
