West Coast Detail Accessory Centre is looking for an experienced Automotive Accessory / Glass Sales Counter Person to join our team Tuesday to Saturday. This is a hybrid parts and service advisor position where you will be responsible for day-to-day sales, appointment booking, parts ordering, and communicating with your customers during the entire process. The perfect candidate will have multiple years of experience in the automotive aftermarket and auto glass industry with a clear understanding of all the services we provide. An expertise in suspension modifications, fleet upfitting and general vehicle modification is a must. The ideal candidate will have experience generating insurance claims and working with insurance providers to process and finalize claims.
A qualified candidate would be able to demonstrate the following qualities:

- Is familiar with ICBC’s Repair Network program. (Specifically, the auto glass program)
- Ability to write estimates for insurance companies without the use of estimating software.
