We are looking for a full-time Energetic, Enthusiastic, Reliable & Self-Motivated Sales Consultant to join our team! Customer experience is #1 and your attitude must reflect that. Position Objective
- Provide customers with information regarding vehicles for sale.
- Complete sales of automobiles while offering additional products and/or services.
- Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale.
- Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.
- Overcome objections of prospective customers.
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
- Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Generate and develop new customer accounts.
- Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
- Meet and greet customers professionally and courteously.
- Follow the documented dealership sales processes.
- Attending to incoming sales calls.
- Maintains a high level of personal appearance consistent with the standards set by the dealership.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Strong public relations skills.
- Highly motivated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer, telephone, and texting skills.
- Digital and social media experience considered an asset.
- Valid Ontario Class “G” driver’s license.
- OMVIC registration completed and test booked prior to hiring
- Annual Income Potential for $100k +
