Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate project execution
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration tasks with precision
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and effectively
- Construct, install, and repair siding, framing, and other structural components
- Utilize hand tools and woodworking equipment for precise carpentry work
- Engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as required for project completion
- Assist with welding tasks when necessary to join metal components
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings
- Experience with concrete forming, finishing, and restoration techniques
- Skilled in siding installation, carpentry, woodworking, and use of hand tools
- Ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment safely
- Knowledge of welding processes for metal fabrication tasks
- Strong understanding of heavy lifting procedures and safety practices
- Construction experience across various trades is highly desirable
- Ability to interpret technical instructions accurately and adapt to different project requirements
