LOCATION: SASKATOON
SeeMoreGreen Landscaping is looking for a hands-on Landscape Construction Foreman to lead crews on commercial projects. You’ll oversee hardscape and softscape construction including grading, paving stone, retaining walls, concrete prep, irrigation, topsoil, planting, sod, and PME equipment operation.
What you will do:
· Lead and work alongside crews on construction projects from start to finish
· Operate and supervise PME equipment (skid steer, excavator, loader, compactor)
· Schedule personnel, tools, and materials to meet timelines and budgets
· Train and mentor crew members, ensuring high workmanship and safety standards
· Read and interpret construction drawings and site plans
· Maintain organized, safe, and efficient job sites
What we’re looking for:
· 2+ years supervisory experience in landscaping or construction
· Hands-on hardscape construction experience (paving stone, retaining walls, grading, concrete prep)
· Softscape and horticulture knowledge and experience
· PME equipment operation skills
· Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
· Physically fit for outdoor work in all weather conditions
· Valid driver’s license (G endorsement or 1A preferred)
